We are Ergotreatment. We sell occupational-therapy products and provide educational materials to parents/caregivers.

1) What we collect

- Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, account ID.

- Commercial data: orders, returns, subscriptions, coupons/redemptions.

- Payment data: last 4 digits/token from our PCI-compliant provider; we do not store full card numbers.

- Device & usage data: IP, device/browser, logs, cookies/SDKs, analytics and advertising identifiers.

- Communications: support requests, product reviews.

- Children: Our services target adults (parents/caregivers). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (U.S. COPPA). For the EEA we rely on consent only from users at or above the digital-consent age in their country (generally 16). If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.

2) Why we use data (legal bases)

- Purchase & delivery of products/services; account management; customer support (contract/performance).

- Fraud/security (legitimate interests/legal obligation).

- Analytics, personalization & marketing (consent where required; otherwise legitimate interests).

- Subscriptions & benefits administration (contract).

- Legal compliance (tax, accounting, product safety, recall).

3) Sharing

We share data with: payment processors, fulfillment/carriers, customer-support platforms, analytics/advertising partners (with consent where required), IT/security providers, auditors/advisers, and authorities where legally required. We require processors to protect data and act only under our instructions.

4) International transfers

We operate globally. Where data moves outside your country (e.g., to the U.S.), we use lawful safeguards (e.g., adequacy decisions such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and/or Standard Contractual Clauses with transfer impact assessments).

5) Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal/accounting obligations: orders [7 years], support [2 years], marketing until you opt out or withdraw consent, and logs [13 months] unless security requires longer.

6) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to object/opt-out of certain processing (including targeted advertising).

- EEA/UK: you may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your data authority.

- U.S. (e.g., CA/CO/CT/UT/VA): you may opt out of “sale”/“sharing”/targeted advertising and appeals for denied requests.
