1) Where we ship
We ship worldwide from to the U.S., EEA , UK, and other destinations. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, contact us.
2) Processing times
- Standard handling: Orders placed by [HH:MM timezone] are typically processed and handed to the carrier within up to 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Peak periods: During high-demand seasons, product launches, promotions, inventory constraints, or other disruptions, processing may take up to 3 weeks, regardless of subscription status.
- Pre-orders & custom items: These ship on or after the estimated date shown at checkout / in your confirmation email. Orders containing pre-order/custom items may ship together on the latest date unless we split shipments at our discretion.
- Note: Processing times are separate from carrier transit/delivery estimates. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
3) Methods & costs
Shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout.
- Subscribers (all tiers, including Free): Free standard shipping on eligible orders to eligible regions. Exclusions (e.g., oversized/heavy, remote area surcharges) may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- Non-members: Rates calculated at checkout.
- Inbound returns are customer-arranged and customer-paid (no prepaid labels). See our Return & Refund Policy for RMA deadlines and reimbursement caps for faulty/incorrect items.
4) Tracking & delivery
You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. If a package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier and us within 7 days.
5) Customs & import taxes
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
6) Delivery issues
If items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
