Memberships & Trials

This policy explains how to manage or cancel your Ergotreatment subscription (including trials).
1) Managing your plan
You can view, pause, upgrade/downgrade, or cancel in My Account → Subscriptions or by emailing ergotreatment@ergotreatment.com.
2) Auto-renewal & billing
Paid plans renew on the renewal date using your saved payment method until canceled. We’ll email you about material changes, price changes, or plan updates in advance.
3) Trials
Trials run for 28 days. After they renewed automatically to paid plans.
4) How to cancel
Cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid future charges:
- Online: Go to My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel and follow the prompts.
- Email: Send a request from your account email to ergotreatment@ergotreatment.com with subject “Cancel Subscription”.
5) Effect of cancellation & refunds
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Access and member benefits will not continue immediately.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable (including partially used periods) unless required by law or we state otherwise for a specific promotion.
- If a subscription was charged in error after timely cancellation, contact us within 7 days for adjustment.
6) Membership benefits after cancellation
Free Trial benefits (e.g., free standard shipping) do not remain available at the end of Subscription time.
7) Changes to plans
We may modify plan features or pricing with prior notice. If you disagree, you may cancel before changes take effect.
