1) Who we are
This website and shop are operated by [Ergotreatment]. By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
2) Products, advice & medical disclaimer
Our products and educational materials are for information and support only. They do not replace professional diagnosis or individualized therapy. Always consult a licensed clinician for medical decisions. Some items may be medical devices or hygiene products—use only as instructed.
3) Accounts
You’re responsible for your account credentials and activity. Keep them secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4) Orders & pricing
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse/cancel due to suspected fraud, errors, or unavailability. Prices may change without notice (not affecting confirmed orders). Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. For EEA/UK, any advertised price reduction will display the prior lowest price for the previous 30 days.
5) Shipping & risk
We ship worldwide (see Shipping Policy). Title and risk pass on delivery to your address or the carrier if you instruct your own carrier.
6) Returns & refunds
See Return and Refund Policy. Statutory rights are preserved.
7) Subscriptions & Memberships
We offer subscription plans (including a free plan) that provide benefits such as free shipping and extended return windows (30/60/180 days).
- Auto-renewal: Paid plans renew until canceled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time (see Purchase Options Cancellation Policy). Benefits remain until the cancelation time; fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.
- Changes: We may change plan features or fees with prior notice and the option to cancel before changes take effect.
- Return windows, shipping-reimbursement caps and our store-credit policy (outside EEA/UK statutory withdrawals) are plan-dependent as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
8) Digital content license
For downloads/e-materials we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your household’s use. You may not share, resell, or distribute our files or remove copyright notices.
9) User content & reviews
You’re responsible for content you post (e.g., reviews). Don’t post unlawful, misleading, or infringing material. We may moderate, edit, or remove content consistent with law and our policies. We may display “verified purchase” labels where applicable.
10) Intellectual property
All trademarks, designs, text, and media are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as stated.
11) Prohibited uses
No scraping, reverse engineering, security testing without consent, or use that harms others or our services.
12) Warranties & liability
Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-waivable consumer rights. Otherwise, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of your use or purchases is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
13) Governing law & disputes
- U.S. customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State.
- EEA/UK/ consumers: You may bring proceedings in your country of residence. Mandatory consumer law of your country applies.
